When this service makes sense
Garage slabs and aprons may settle at joints, doors and driveway transitions. Leveling can address low panels when the concrete remains structurally suitable. The first step is determining whether the slab is still strong enough to preserve and whether the movement is primarily settlement rather than upward heave.
What affects price?
Contractors look at the number and size of slabs, depth of the void beneath them, amount of elevation change, access for equipment, material choice, surface condition and minimum service charges. That is why two projects with the same visible square footage can price very differently.

Common questions
Can you lift a garage floor?
Some garage slabs can be lifted, but the contractor must understand slab construction, wall loads, utilities and the degree of settlement.
Why does the apron sink outside the garage?
Fill material near foundations and utility trenches can settle over time, especially where drainage or compaction is poor.
Will lifting close the gap under the garage door?
It may reduce a gap caused by slab settlement, but door adjustment can still be required afterward.
